Fifteen Healesville CoRE representatives attended a “Community Solar Models & Legals Workshop” on Sat 24 March 2018. The prime deliverable from this workshop was to establish the most appropriate model for the Healesville community and develop an action plan to take the project forward.
A 2×2 quadrant analysis of effort and impact was used to help prioritise some of the initiatives and projects that the group had identified at a previous workshop.
A Business Model for the selected initiative was addressed and the topics of Technical Structures, Economic Arrangements, Governance Structure and Community Engagement were discussed.
The workshop participants then developed an action plan for the project and this will commence immediately. Details of the project will be announced soon.
This workshop was another successful event arranged by Healesville CoRE.
